If your hoodie is damaged or faulty, we will immediately replace it.

Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return the item within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Print this form and put it in the package.
- Pack the item(s) back in to the box as you received it.
- Pick your delivery service of choice and send the package back to the following address: ANCLA Logistik GmbH, Dillfeld 22, D-35576 Wetzlar, Germany
- Please keep the proof from your delivery service in case the package gets lost. We can only take responsibility for the package, once we received it.
Refund
We will refund what you paid for the item(s) and including the shipping costs within 14 days after receiving your return.
